Category Overview
Massif organizes its raised floor portfolio into three clear product lines. Massif UV Raised Floor is an upgrade to conventional OA network flooring for offices, hotels, commercial and public spaces. The upgraded Six-sided Steel Raised Floor improves on the weight, flatness, edge-bulging and logistics limitations of traditional steel-encased panels and serves similar commercial projects. Anti-static Raised Floor is dedicated to data centers, equipment rooms and technical spaces that require static control.
Product Selection Guide
First confirm whether the project has a defined anti-static requirement. Offices, hotels, commercial and public spaces normally select between Massif UV and the upgraded Six-sided Steel system. Data centers, equipment rooms and static-sensitive areas move into the anti-static range, where HPL, PVC or ceramic is selected by electrical performance, load, grounding and maintenance requirements.

The second step verifies concentrated, uniform and rolling loads, floor height and finish. Cable volume, access frequency, thresholds, perimeter details, transport and spare-panel ratio then complete the system configuration.

Comparison with Traditional BoardsSay goodbye to traditional elevated flooring problems—rust, noise, low load capacity, and heavy weight. We independently developed two innovative solutions: Wànnián Fāng Network Floor (12 kg/㎡, point load ≥220kg, solving noise, rust and uneven surface issues) and Six-Sided Steel Floor (formaldehyde-free, 13 kg, concentrated load ≥520kg). Our products reduce weight by 1/3, saving freight costs and enabling fast installation—1,000㎡ in just 4-5 days. Leading manufacturer of high-performance elevated flooring systems with superior load capacity, lightweight design, and cost efficiency.
