A lining board developed around the complete partition wall
Chloride-Free Sulfate MgO Board for Partition Lining is an inorganic panel for non-load-bearing interior walls. Its magnesium oxide and magnesium sulfate cementitious system, reinforcing layers and surface layers provide an A1 non-combustible, stable substrate for lightweight steel-framed partitions and subsequent finishing.
The board works with framing, fasteners, infill, joints and finishes as part of a complete wall. It suits interior partitions in offices, hotels, hospitals, schools, commercial buildings and modular construction and is not intended to act as a load-bearing wall.

Advantages for Partition Walls
A1 reaction-to-fire classification
The panel provides a stable inorganic lining layer within the wall. The fire-resistance period of the complete partition still depends on layers, framing, infill, joints and fastening.
Designed for long-term use with steel framing
Chloride-ion content is controlled to no more than 0.01%, helping reduce halogen reversion, moisture uptake and metal-corrosion risk around studs and screws.
A stable, even base for downstream work
The inorganic core, reinforcing layers and available surfaces provide a substrate for paint systems, wallcoverings, decorative finishes or lamination.
Matched to different wall designs
Thickness, surface, flexural strength and screw-holding performance can be customized according to wall height, stud spacing, layers and project requirements.
E0 grade and asbestos-free
The product is asbestos-free and has an E0 formaldehyde emission grade, with moisture and mould resistance and AQ1 smoke-toxicity performance.
Reduced handling effort
The 0.95-1.15 g/cm³ density range helps reduce individual panel weight, handling effort and transport labour while retaining the advantages of an inorganic lining.

Inorganic core, reinforcing layers and finishing surfaces
The board is manufactured with magnesium oxide and magnesium sulfate heptahydrate as the principal cementitious system, combined with glass-fibre mesh, wood fibre, modifiers and other additives.
Reinforcing layers support panel integrity, while the surface layers provide a controlled interface for transport, processing and subsequent finishing.
Non-woven surface: suited to general partition lining, lamination and substrate applications.
Sanded surface: intended for projects requiring closer control of flatness, bonding or coating.
