01 / Product Positioning
Fire-Rated Sulfate MgO Board for Fire Door Core
The board is intended for use as a core layer, reinforcement layer or internal lining within fire-door constructions. It must work with the door leaf, frame, facing, adhesive, hardware and perimeter seals as one tested assembly.

02 / Application-specific value
Advantages for Fire Door Core
Multi-Position Application
Suitable for use as core layer, reinforcement layer, or internal lining within fire-door constructions.
Door Type Compatibility
Designed for integration with various fire-door configurations and assembly types.
Configurable Leaf Thickness
Supports customizable door leaf thickness to meet specific project requirements and fire-resistance targets.
Certified Fire-Resistance Rating
Provides target fire-resistance performance (e.g., EI30/EI60/EI90) validated through system testing.
Complete Assembly Integration
Functions as a unified tested system with door leaf, frame, facing, adhesive, hardware, and perimeter seals.
Full Technical Specifications
Includes facing material selection, bonding process requirements, hardware arrangement, machining guidelines, and compliance with applicable standards (e.g., EN 1634-1, GB 12955).

03 / Composition and surface options
Inorganic core, reinforcing layers and finishing surfaces
The MgO board is integrated into the door leaf rather than used as a finished door by itself. Thickness, density, surface and machining details must remain consistent with the tested door construction.
04 / Key features
Performance defined for the confirmed model
| Feature | Final Product Information |
|---|---|
| Reaction to Fire | A1 non-combustible; the fire-resistance period of the complete product or system remains subject to assembly validation. |
| Chloride Ion | ≤0.01%; the low-chloride magnesium-sulfate system helps reduce halogen reversion, moisture uptake and metal-corrosion risk, with a contractual 100% no-halogen-reversion commitment. |
| Indoor environment and configurable properties | Formaldehyde-free, asbestos-free and AQ1 smoke-toxicity classification. Flexural strength and screw-holding can be customized by thickness, product construction and project requirements, subject to confirmed model data. |
| Product boundary | Panel A1 classification does not establish the fire rating of a door. The finished door must be evaluated as a complete assembly under the applicable standard. |
